Truth of the matter is if we were working on finding peace then we would be busy with our own faults than others faults. Personal troubles to world troubles all root to spiritual diseases; the poisons of the heart.
Greed is cured with giving. Envy is cured with appreciation and gratitude. Hate with choosing goodness. Ignorance with knowledge. Lust is cured with elevating the carnal to the spiritual. And if we all would choose a spiritual way of life then maybe we can all live at and in peace, yet utopic perfection is of another realm and to the perfect One Most High.
Humans are strong, even powerful, but weak. The human being was created to perfection yet made to err.
So until the Hour of regather let us aspire to perfect our inner worlds: may we then accept one another, not feel superior to another and elevate each other as we were created to.
Indeed the best guide to spiritual oneness is cleansing oneself of the spiritual diseases, must say you’ve prescribed the best reasoning for the same and I take the liberty in quoting you “Greed is cured with giving. Envy is cured with appreciation and gratitude. Hate with choosing goodness. Ignorance with knowledge. Lust is cured with elevating the carnal to the spiritual.”. Just as it’s also mentioned in the Divine Book,
لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّىٰ تُنْفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ ۚ وَمَا تُنْفِقُوا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِهِ عَلِيمٌ… Never Shall piousness be attained until you (spend /share) what you love the most, and whatever is spent Allah is Forever Knowing (about it)92 آل عمران
And God indeed knows best !! It’s so true that when you give from what you love it humbles you and also gives you joy.
