Attempts to access “alternative dimensions of being” on our own slim authority will usually lead us into realms that are primarily psychic, not Spiritual. Psychic realities are never entirely free of subjectivity; the psychic plane is a kind of collective subjectivity based on beliefs, impressions, experiences. The Spiritual plane, on the other hand, is based on objective Truth because it is a direct reflection of God, who is objective Truth. The Spiritual plane is the world of the Angels; the psychic plane is the world of the Jinn, and the Jinn are a very unreliable bunch.
