Also the goal is to be\u00a0more appreciative to our lived moments and the preciousness of them, because no moment repeats itself. Moreover it enables us to be more aware of our mortality; transforming our automated existence and enabling us to live the days with more presence, ultimately this leads\u00a0to higher understanding and freedom from fear of death.<\/p>\n
